Drag the white handles to trim. To cut out a blurry middle bit: scrub to it, Split at both ends, select it, Delete. After motion analysis the top strip shows focus: green = sharp, red = blur.

Zoom-in allowed
Steadying works by zooming in slightly and moving the picture against the shake. More zoom = steadier, but a little less sharp.
